Refund policy

At Brosu Boutique we want you to be satisfied.   We do understand that there might be times an item needs to be returned/ exchanged.   Returns are excepted for store credit only within 7 days from your delivery date.  We currently do not offer refunds on any items.  The store credit amount will be your total minus the shipping cost after items have been inspected.

If you have any questions, or would like to initiate a return, please contact us at brosuboutique@gmail.com The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.

In order to honor any store credit, all returned items must be in new condition with all tags attached. If the item is not returned in new condition, your credit will not be issued. 

Condition: 

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, no damage, unused and with tags attached.
  • No visible makeup, deodorant or stains /odor on items

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Discounted, sale, and/or clearance items
  • Sunglasses
  • Visibly Worn items
  • Items outside of policy window

Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order. In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from your store credit.
