Shipping policy

After your payment is verified, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped out.  

All orders are shipped through USPS.  You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order has shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 days of purchasing, please contact us at brosuboutique@gmail.com.

Shipping rates are determined at checkout and are based upon delivery address and total order weight. Orders placed with free shipping will also adhere to this schedule and method of shipping. 

Please note that once your order has left our facility, Brosu Boutique is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items during transit or delivered to wrong address.  We cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once it is in the control of the delivery company.
